Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its fifty-second session, under the item entitled " United Nations Decade of International Law " , a sub-item entitled " 1999 action dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law " .
٤ - تقرر أن تدرج في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت لدورتها الثانية والخمسين في إطار البند المعنون " عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي " ، بندا فرعيا معنونا " اﻹجراءات المتخذة في عام ١٩٩٩ والمكرسة للاحتفال بالعيد المئوي للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي " . ــ ــ ــ ــ ــ

Draft resolution III is entitled “1999 action dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law”.
أما مشروع القرار الثالث فهو بعنوان " اﻹجراءات المتخذة في عام ١٩٩٩ والمكرسة للاحتفال بالعيد المئوي للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحــدة للقانــون الدولــي " .

His delegation supported the proposal submitted by the Russian Federation and the Netherlands to celebrate the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
وقال إن وفده يؤيد المقترح المقدم من الاتحاد الروسي وهولندا الداعي إلى الاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي.

17. His delegation welcomed draft resolution A/C.6/51/L.6 entitled " 1999 action dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law " , and endorsed the aim of drafting a " programme of action " set forth in paragraph 1 thereof.

36. The General Assembly, by its resolution 51/159 of 16 December 1996, considered it desirable to draft a programme of action dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
٣٦ - وقد رأت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥١/١٥٩ المؤرخ ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦ أن من المستصوب وضع مشروع لبرنامج عمل يكرس للاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي.

5. In General Assembly resolution 51/159 of 16 December 1996, entitled " Action to be taken in 1999 dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law, the Russian Federation and the Netherlands were invited:

5. She drew attention to paragraph 2 of draft resolution A/C.6/51/L.6/Rev.1, in which the Governments of the Russian Federation and the Netherlands would be invited to arrange a preliminary discussion with other interested Member States on the substantive content of 1999 action dedicated to the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
٥ - واسترعت الانتباه الى الفقرة ٢ من مشروع القرار A/C.6/51/L.6/Rev.1 الذي تدعى فيه حكومتا الاتحاد الروسي وهولندا الى ترتيب مناقشة تمهيدية مع الدول اﻷعضاء اﻷخرى المعنية، بشأن جوهر اﻹجراءات المتخذة في عام ١٩٩٩ والمكرسة للاحتفال بالعيد المئوي للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي.

1. Mr. Ramaker (Netherlands) said that he wished to introduce, on behalf of the Russian Federation and his own delegation, draft resolution A/C.6/52/L.2 on action to be taken dedicated to the 1999 centennial of the first International Peace Conference and to the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law, and the programme of action (A/C.6/52/6) for the celebration of the centennial.
١ - السيد راماكر )هولندا(: قال إنه يود أن يقدم بالنيابة عن الاتحاد الروسي وعن وفده، مشروع القرار (A/C.6/52/L.3) المتعلق باﻹجراءات التي ستتخذ في عام ١٩٩٩ والمكرسة للاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي، وأن يقدم أيضا برنامج العمل للاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية )A/C.6/52/6(.

34. Ukraine welcomed the proposal of the Netherlands and the Russian Federation to draft a programme for the celebration of the centennial of the first International Peace Conference and the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
٣٤ - واسترسل قائلا إن أوكرانيا ترحب باقتراح هولندا والاتحاد الروسي إعداد برنامج للاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي.

6. The European Union had noted with interest the proposals put forward by the Netherlands and the Russian Federation in document A/C.6/51/L.6, concerning action to mark the 1999 centennial of the first International Peace Conference and the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
٦ - وقال في نهاية حديثه إن الاتحاد اﻷوروبي لاحظ باهتمام الاقتراحات التي تقدم بها الاتحاد الروسي وهولندا في الوثيقة A/C.6/51/L.6 بشأن إجراءات الاحتفال في عام ١٩٩٩ بالعيد المئوي للمؤتمر الدولي اﻷول للسلام واختتام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي.
