Mindful of the immediate need for placing all nuclear facilities in the region of the Middle East under full-scope safeguards of the Agency,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها الضرورة الملحة لإخضاع جميع المرافق النووية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط للضمانات الشاملة التي وضعتها الوكالة،

3. Calls upon that State to accede to the Treaty without further delay, not to develop, produce, test or otherwise acquire nuclear weapons, to renounce possession of nuclear weapons and to place all its unsafeguarded nuclear facilities under fullscope Agency safeguards as an important confidence-building measure among all States of the region and as a step towards enhancing peace and security;
3 - تطلب إلى تلك الدولة أن تنضم إلى المعاهدة دون مزيد من الإبطاء وألا تستحدث أسلحة نووية أو تنتجها أو تجربها أو تقتنيها بأي طريقة أخرى وأن تتخلى عن حيازة الأسلحة النووية وأن تخضع للضمانات الشاملة التي وضعتها الوكالة جميع مرافقها النووية غير الخاضعة للضمانات باعتبار ذلك تدبيرا مهما من تدابير بناء الثقة بين جميع دول المنطقة وخطوة نحو تعزيز السلام والأمن؛

Reaffirming the resolution on the Middle East adopted on 11 May 1995 by the 1995 Review and Extension Conference of the Parties to the Treaty,2 in which the Conference reaffirmed the importance of the early realization of universal adherence to the Treaty and placement of nuclear facilities under full-scope International Atomic Energy Agency safeguards,
وإذ تعيد تأكيد القرار المتعلق بالشرق الأوسط الذي اتخذه مؤتمر الأطراف في المعاهدة لاستعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها في عام 1995 في 11 أيار/مايو 1995() والذي أعاد فيه تأكيد أهمية تحقيق الانضمام العالمي المبكر إلى المعاهدة وإخضاع المنشآت النووية للضمانات الشاملة التي وضعتها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية،

They called upon India, Israel and Pakistan to accede to the Treaty as non-nuclear-weapon States and to place their facilities under comprehensive safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
ودعوا إسرائيل وباكستان والهند إلى الانضمام إلى المعاهدة كدول لا تمتلك أسلحة نووية وإخضاع منشآتها للضمانات الشاملة التي وضعتها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.
