Pursuant to article 17 of the Stockholm Convention and in accordance with the decision of the first meeting the Conference of the Parties, the first meeting of the Open-ended Ad Hoc Working Group on non-compliance was held in April 2006 to consider procedures and mechanisms required under that article.
