The 6th meeting of the Working Group on Article 8 (j) considered the recommendations arising from the eighth session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and forwarded the following recommendations for the consideration of the governing body (Conference of the Parties) at its tenth meeting, to be held in Nagoya, Japan in October 2010:
