وإذ يأخذ علما كذلك، بالقرارات الصادرة عن الدورة الثامنة للكومياك والدورة الثانية والعشرين للكومسيك والدورة الخامسة والعشرين للجنة التنفيذية للكومستيك بشأن تنفيذ برنامج العمل العشري لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي؛

23. Recognizes that the Exchange of Views organized during the annual sessions of the COMCEC would be utilized to coordinate the positions of the Member States vis-a-vis major world economic issues.
23 - يدرك أن تبادل الآراء خلال الدورات السنوية للكومسيك سيكون مفيداً لتنسيق مواقف الدول الأعضاء تجاه القضايا الاقتصادية العالمية الرئيسية.

40. Notes with appreciation that the 19th Session of the COMCEC will be held from 20-23 October, 2003 in Istanbul and calls upon the Member States to effectively and actively participate in the meeting.
40 - يسجل مع التقدير أن الدورة التاسعة عشرة للكومسيك ستعقد خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 23 أكتوبر 2003م في اسطنبول، ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة بكيفية فعالة ونشطة في هذا الاجتماع.

18. Notes that the 22nd Session of the COMCEC will be held from 21-24 November 2006, in Istanbul under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Turkey and calls upon the Member States to effectively and actively participate in the meeting.
18 - يلاحظ أن الدورة الثانية والعشرين للكومسيك ستعقد خلال الفترة من 21 إلى 24 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006 في اسطنبول برئاسة رئيس الجمهورية التركية، ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة النشطة في أشغالها.

6. Thanks the Republic of Turkey for hosting the first tourism fair of Islamic countries (Istanbul, 24-26 November 2005) on the sidelines of the 21st Session of the COMCEC.
6 - يشكر حكومة الجمهورية التركية على استضافة المعرض السياحي الأول للبلدان الإسلامية (اسطنبول، 24 - 26 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005) على هامش الدورة الحادية والعشرين للكومسيك.

18. Recognizes that the Exchange of Views organized during the annual sessions of the COMCEC would be utilized to coordinate the positions of the Member States vis-a-vis major world economic issues.

6. Urges Member States to actively and effectively participate in the First Tourism Fair of Islamic Countries (Istanbul 24-26 November 2005) on the sidelines of the 21st Session of the COMCEC.
6 - يحث الدول الأعضاء على المشاركة بفعالية ونشاط في المعرض السياحي الأول للبلدان الإسلامية (24 - 26 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005، اسطنبول) على هامش الدورة الحادية والعشرين للكومسيك.

4. Notes with appreciation the exchange of views on current world economic issues that are held regularly during the annual sessions of the COMCEC which constitute valuable occasions for the Member States to share their experiences and coordinate their positions on these issues.
4 - يلاحظ مع التقدير أن تبادل وجهات النظر حول القضايا الاقتصادية العالمية الراهنة يجري تداولها بانتظام خلال الدورات السنوية للكومسيك مما يتيح فرصة ثمينة للدول الأعضاء لتبادل خبراتها وتنسيق مواقفها حول هذه القضايا.

31. Notes with appreciation that the 21st Session of the COMCEC will be held from 22-25 November 2005, in Istanbul under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Turkey and calls upon the Member States to effectively and actively participate in the meeting.
31 - يسجل مع التقدير أن الدورة الحادية والعشرين للكومسيك ستعقد في الفترة من 22 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005 في اسطنبول برئاسة رئيس الجمهورية التركية، ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة بكيفية فعالة ونشطة في هذا الاجتماع.

35. Welcomes the designation by the 19th Session of COMCEC of the COMCEC Coordination Office and the ICDT to serve as the Secretariat for the Trade Negotiating Committee under the Framework Agreement on the Trade Preferential System among the OIC Member States.
35 - يرحب بتعيين الدورة التاسعة عشرة للكومسيك لمكتب تنسيق الكومسيك والمركز الإسلامي لتنمية التجارة للعمل كسكرتارية للجنة المفاوضات التجارية بموجب الاتفاقية الإطارية حول نظام الأفضلية التجارية بين الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي؛

36. Takes note with appreciation of the adoption by the 19th Session of the COMCEC the Ministerial Declaration for the launching of the First Round of Trade Negotiations under the Framework Agreement on the Trade Preferential System among the OIC Member States as well as the rules of procedure of the Trade Negotiating Committee.
36 - يأخذ علما مع التقدير باعتماد الدورة التاسعة عشرة للكومسيك للإعلان الوزاري لانطلاق الجولة الأولى من المفاوضات التجارية بموجب الاتفاقية الإطارية لنظام الأفضلية التجارية بين الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، وكذا لقواعد الإجراءات الخاصة بلجنة المفاوضات التجارية؛

Notes with appreciation that the 20th Session of the COMCEC will be held from 23-26 November, 2004 in Istanbul under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Turkey and calls upon the Member States to effectively and actively participate in the meeting.
43 - يسجل مع التقدير أن الدورة العشرين للكومسيك ستعقد خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 26 نوفمبر 2004 في اسطنبول برئاسة فخامة رئيس الجمهورية التركية، ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة بكيفية فعالة ونشطة في هذا الاجتماع؛

16 Requests the Member States to communicate their views on the supplementary Mechanism for implementation of the OIC Plan of Action which was proposed and circulated by the COMCEC Coordination Office at their earliest convenience so that it can be submitted to the 19th Session of COMCEC.
16 - يطلب إلى الدول الأعضاء إلى المبادرة في أقرب الآجال إلى إبداء آرائها بشأن الآلية الإضافية اللازمة لتنفيذ خطة عمل منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والتي إقترحها مكتب تنسيق الكومسيك ، حتى يتسنى تقديمها إلى الدورة التاسعة عشرة للكومسيك.

34. Also welcomes the resolutions of the 18th Session of the COMCEC which expresses the view that the above policy dialogue meeting of the OIC ministers responsible for trade and finance could be convened in conjunction with the sessions of the COMCEC.
34 - يرحب أيضا بالقرارات الصادرة عن الدورة الثامنة عشرة للكومسيك والتي يرى إمكانية عقد اجتماع حوارات السياسات المذكور لوزراء التجارة والمالية في البلدان الإسلامية بالارتباط مع دورات الكومسيك .

38. Welcomes the decision taken by the 18th Session of the COMCEC that " Impact of Electronic Commerce and the use of Information Technology in the Promotion and Development of Intra-OIC Trade " be the theme for the exchange of views at the 19th Session of the COMCEC.
38 - يرحب بالقرار الذي اتخذته الدورة الثامنة عشرة للكومسيك، والذي يقضي باتخاذ " أثر التجارة الألكترونية واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز وتنمية المبادلات التجارية في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي " ليكون منطلقا لتبادل وجهات النظر، خلال الدورة التاسعة عشرة للكومسيك.
