Considering all the resolutions of the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM) held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-11 March 2003);
وإذ تضع في الاعتبار كل القرارات الصادرة عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التـي عقدت في القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ،

Recalling resolutions No. 3/3-ICIM and No. 13/3-ICIM of the Third Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers on the Islamic Information Strategy and its Implementation Mechanisms;
وإذ تستذكر القراريْن رقم 3/3 ورقم 13/3 الصادرين عن الدورة الثالثة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام بشأن الاستراتيجية الإعلامية للدول الإسلامية وآليات تنفيذها،

Recalling Resolutions No. 3/3-ICIM and No. 13/3-ICIM of the Third Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers on the Information Strategy of Islamic States and its Implementation Mechanisms;
وإذ تستذكر القراريْن رقم 3/3 ورقم 13/3 الصادرين عن الدورة الثالثة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام بشأن الاستراتيجية الإعلامية للدول الإسلامية وآليات تنفيذها،

Considering all the resolutions of the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM) held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-11 March 2003);
وإذ تضع في الاعتبار كل القرارات الصادرة عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التي عقدت في القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، يومي 7 و 8 محرم 1424هـ (10 و 11 آذار/مارس 2003م)،

Having taken cognizance of the resolutions of the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM), held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-11 March 2003);
وبعد الإحاطة بقرارات الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام المنعقدة في القاهرة يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و 11 آذار/مارس 2003م)،

Considering all the resolutions of the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt from 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-11 March 2003);
وإذ تضع في الاعتبار كل القرارات الصادرة عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التـي عقدت في القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و 11 مارس 2003م)،

1- Exhorts the Member States to settle their contributions and arrears to the Agency's budget to enable it shoulder its responsibilities, especially with regard to the programme of action defined for it under resolutions No. 7/6-ICIM and adopted by the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers.
1 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تسديد اشتراكاتها ومتأخراتها في ميزانية الوكالة لتمكينها من الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها، وخاصة تنفيذ برنامج العمل الذي تم تحديده لها في القرار رقم ICIM-6/7 الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام.

Having taken cognizance of the resolutions of the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers held in Cairo, Arba Republic of Egypt on 7-8 Muharram 1423H (10-11 March 2003);
وبعد الإحاطة بقرارات الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام المنعقدة في القاهرة يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و11 مارس 2003م)،

76. The Conference expressed its satisfaction for the results of the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM) held in Cairo from 8 - 11 March 2003, and the constructive resolutions that resulted therefrom which will help formulate the future perceptions of the joint Islamic information action.
عبر المؤتمر عن اريتاحه للنتائج المسجلة خلال انعقاد الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام المنعقدة في القاهرة (من 8 إلى 11 مارس 2003م), وما أسفرت عنه تلك الدورة من قرارات بناءة تساعد على بلورة الرؤى المستقبلية للعمل الإعلامي الإسلامي المشترك.

Recalling as well the resolutions and recommendations of the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM) (Cairo, 2003) and the 26th session of the Islamic Commission for Economic, Cultural and Social Affairs (Jeddah, 2003), both endorsing the agency's functions and exhorting the member states to back its activities in the Holy City;
وإذ يستذكر أيضاً قرارات وتوصيات الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام (القاهرة 2003) والدورة السادسة والعشرين للجنة الإسلامية للشؤون الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية (جدة 2003) المؤيدة لأعمال الوكالة والتي تطالب الدول الأعضاء بدعم نشاطها بالمدينة المقدسة،

Referring also to resolution 1/6 adopted by the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-9 Muharram 1423H )11-12 March 2003), on the implementation of the OIC Member States Information Strategy;
وإذ تشير كذلك إلى القرار رقم 1/6 الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التي عقدت فـي القاهرة، بجمهورية مصر العربية يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و 11 مارس 2003م) بشأن تنفيذ آليات الاستراتيجية الإعلامية للدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي،

Referring also to Resolution No. 1/6 adopted by the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-11 March 2003) on implementing the Mechanisms of the Information Strategy of the OIC Member States;
وإذ تشير كذلك إلى القرار رقم 1/6 الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التي عقدت فـي القاهرة، بجمهورية مصر العربية يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و 11 آذار/مارس 2003م) بشأن تنفيذ آليات الاستراتيجية الإعلامية للدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي،

65. The Conference took note of, and decided to endorse the resolutions of the 7th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM); and the 8th Session of the OIC Standing Committee for Information and Cultural Affairs (COMIAC) and called on the Member States to implement them in keeping with the new vision and methodology of joint Islamic action.
65 - وأحاط المؤتمر علما بقرارات الدورة السابعة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام وقرر المصادقة عليها، والدورة الثامنة للجنة الدائمة للإعلام والشؤون الثقافية (كومياك)، ودعا الدول الأعضاء إلى تنفيذ تلك القرارات، وفقا للرؤية الجديدة وتمشيا مع منهج العمل الإسلامي المشترك.

Considering all the resolutions of the Ministerial Follow-up Committee issued from the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM) held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 19-20 Jumad Al Akhir 1426H (10-11 March 2005);
وإذ تضع في الاعتبار كل القرارات والتوصيات الصادرة عن لجنة المتابعة الوزارية المنبثقة عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام التـي عقدت في القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، يومي 19 و 20 جمادى الآخر 1426هـ (25 و 26 تموز/يوليه 2005م)،

1- Calls on the concerned Member States to settle their contributions fully and regularly to the Organization's annual budget and to speed up the payment of their arrears to enable the Organization carry on its activities normally and to enable ISBO to implement the programme of action defined for it under resolution No. 6/6-ICIM adopted by the Sixth Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers.
1 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء المعنية إلى سداد مساهماتها كاملة بانتظام في الميزانية السنوية للمنظمة وإلى الإسراع في سداد متأخراتها لتمكين المنظمة من مواصلة نشاطاتها بصورة طبيعية، وتمكين المنظمة المتخصصة " إسبو " من تنفيذ برنامج العمل الذي تم تحديده في القرار رقم ICIM-6/6 الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام.

1. Calls on the Member States concerned to pay their contributions fully and regularly to ISBO's annual budget and to speed up the payment of their arrears to enable ISBO to carry on its activities normally, particularly with reference to the implementation of the Work Program defined by Resolution No. 6/6-ICIM of the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM).
1 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء المعنية إلى المبادرة بتسديد مساهماتها كاملة بانتظام في الميزانية السنوية للمنظمة وإلى الإسراع في سداد متأخراتها لتمكين المنظمة من مواصلة نشاطاتها بصورة طبيعية، وخاصة تنفيذ برنامج العمل الذي تم تحديده في القرار رقم ICIM-6/6 الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام.

Recalling further Resolution No.4/6-ICFM issued by the 6th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers, held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7-8 Muharram 1424H (10-25 March 2003) on the Information Society as well as the recommendations adopted on the subject by the Ministerial Follow-up Committee issued from the Sixth ICFM held in Cairo on 25-26 July, 2005;
وإذ تذكّر أيضاً بالقرار رقم 4/6 - ICIM الصادر عن الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام، المنعقدة في القاهرة يومي 7 و 8 محرّم 1424هـ (10 و 11 آذار/مارس 2003م) والمتعلق بمجتمع المعلومات، وكذلك بالتوصيات الصادرة حول هذا الموضوع عن اجتماع لجنة المتابعة الوزارية للدورة السادسة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام المنعقد في القاهرة يومي 25 و 26 تموز/يوليه 2005م.
