15. In keeping with the political commitment of the agreed Confidence-Building Measures (CBMs), Canada has reported annually on the nature of Canadian implementation of Article X of the Convention and continues to encourage other States Parties to report at an appropriate level of detail.

7 - تشجع الدول الأطراف على تقديم معلومات ملائمة على الأقل مرتين في السنة بشأن تنفيذها للمادة العاشرة من الاتفاقية وعلى التعاون من أجل عرض المساعدة أو التدريب، بناء على الطلب، دعما للتدابير التشريعية وغيرها من تدابير التنفيذ التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف واللازمة لضمان امتثالها للاتفاقية؛

7. Encourages States parties to provide, at least biannually, appropriate information on their implementation of Article X of the Convention and to collaborate to offer assistance or training, upon request, in support of the legislative and other implementation measures of States parties needed to ensure their compliance with the Convention;
7 - تشجع الدول الأطراف على تقديم معلومات ملائمة على الأقل مرتين في السنة بشأن تنفيذها للمادة العاشرة من الاتفاقية وعلى التعاون من أجل عرض المساعدة أو التدريب، بناء على الطلب، دعما للتدابير التشريعية وغيرها من تدابير التنفيذ التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف واللازمة لضمان امتثالها للاتفاقية؛

Developing procedures and creation of a mechanism for the settlement of disputes arising from concerns raised on the implementation of Article X is the best way to identify and remove all the undue restrictions and/or limitations hampering the full, effective and non-discriminatory implementation of Article X of the Convention.
اتخاذ الإجراءات واستحداث آلية لتسوية النزاعات الناشئة عن الشواغل التي تُثار بشأن تنفيذ المادة العاشرة بالطريقة الأمثل من أجل تحديد وإزالة أي قيود و/أو حدود لا مبرر لها تؤدي إلى إعاقة التنفيذ الفعال وغير التمييزي للمادة العاشرة من الاتفاقية.
