29. Organizations in general consultative status and special consultative status may designate authorized representatives to sit as observers at public meetings of the Council and its subsidiary bodies.
٢٩ - يجوز للمنظمات ذات المركز الاستشاري العام وذات المركز الاستشاري الخاص أن تعين ممثلين مفوضين يحضرون، بصفة مراقبين، الجلسات العلنية للمجلس وهيئاته الفرعية.

٦ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام، وفقا للاستنتاجات المتفق عليها ١٩٩٥/١، أن يقدم في موعد مناسب وفــي قالـب موجـز تقاريـر تحـدد القضايـا بجـلاء وتوجز الخيارات المتاحة للعمل واﻵثار المترتبة عليها، بما يتيح للمجلس وهيئاته الفرعية اتخاذ القرارات اللازمة؛
