Under article 32 of the statute of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, the President of the Tribunal submits an annual report to the Security Council and the General Assembly.
وبموجب المادة 32 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة برواندا، يقدم رئيس المحكمة تقريرا سنويا إلى مجلس الأمن والجمعية العامة.

The Council also adopted the Statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda, which is contained in appendix I to the present report.

The communication makes the following allegations against the Statute and Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia:

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights should facilitate an ongoing dialogue between the relevant bodies of the United Nations, including the Office of the Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and for the International Tribunal for Rwanda, the Commission on Human Rights and the SubCommission, with regard to the International Criminal Court.

93. Although the international community heralds the establishment of a permanent International Criminal Court, and the continuing work of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Tribunal for Rwanda, these international mechanisms will be available to address only a small fraction of the violations that are being committed in contemporary armed conflicts around the world.
93- وبالرغم من ترحيب المجتمع الدولي بإنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية دائمة، والجهود المتواصلة للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة بيوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة برواندا، فإن هذه الآليات الدولية لن تتيح معالجة إلا نسبة صغيرة من الانتهاكات التي تُرتكب في النزاعات المسلحة المعاصرة في جميع أنحاء العالم.

In accordance with article 11 of its statute, the International Tribunal for Rwanda had two Trial Chambers. A third Trial Chamber was established by the Security Council in resolution 1165 (1998) of 30 April 1998.
وكان للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الخاصة برواندا، وفقا للمادة ١١ من نظامها اﻷساسي، دائرتا محاكمة وتم إنشاء دائرة محاكمة ثالثة بموجب قرار مجلس اﻷمن ١١٦٥ )١٩٩٨( المؤرخ ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨.
