Under this Law, within a year from the effective date of the Law, taking into account the implementation of treaties, the agencies which assumed the prime responsibility of concluding of the treaties shall make recommendations on direct application, in whole or in part, of the treaties (concluded prior to the effective date of the Law) to the competent authorities for consideration and decision. (Article 106).
وبمقتضى هذا القانون، ومع وضع تنفيذ المعاهدات في الحسبان، فإن على الوكالات التي تضطلع بالمسؤولية الرئيسية في إبرام المعاهدات، خلال سنة من تاريخ نفاذ القانون، أن تقدم للسلطات المختصة توصية بالتطبيق المباشر، سواء كليا أو جزئيا، للمعاهدات (المبرمة قبل تاريخ نفاذ القانون) بغرض النظر فيها واتخاذ قرار بشأنها (المادة 106).
