By its decision 24/CP.8, the COP recommended that the COP/MOP adopt the general design requirements for the technical standards for data exchange between registry systems under Article 7, paragraph 4, the Kyoto Protocol.
24- أوصى مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 24/م أ-8، بأن يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته الأولى شروط التصميم العامة للمعايير التقنية لتبادل البيانات بين نظم السجلات بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

Recommends that the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, at its first session, adopt the general design requirements for the technical standards for data exchange between registry systems1 under the Kyoto Protocol, as contained in the annex to this decision;
1- يوصي بأن يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف عاملاً بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، في دورته الأولى، شروط التصميم العامة للمعايير التقنية لتبادل البيانات بين نظم السجلات(1) بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو، بصيغتها الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر؛

The SBSTA took note of the report on the intersessional consultations on registries, relating to general design requirements for the technical standards for data exchange between national registries, the clean development mechanism registry and the transaction log, and to possible future work to elaborate functional and technical specifications of these requirements (FCCC/SBSTA/2002/INF.20);
(ط) وأحاطت الهيئة الفرعية علماً بالتقرير عن المشاورات فيما بين الدورات بشأن السجلات، وهو يتعلق بمتطلبات التصميم العامة للمعايير التقنية لتبادل البيانات بين السجلات الوطنية، وبسجل آلية التنمية النظيفة وسجل المعاملات، وبما يمكن القيام به في المستقبل من عمل لوضع مواصفات عملية وتقنية لهذه المتطلبات (FCCC/SBSTA/2002/INF.20).
