7. Agrees on the following elements for a draft decision for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting:

Finalization of the updating of the guide to the control system for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting;

4. Also requests the Secretariat to prepare a draft decision on the work programme of the Open-ended Working Group for 2016 - 2017 for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.
4- يطلب كذلك إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع مقرر بشأن برنامج عمل الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية للفترة 2016-2017، للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر.

In response to the request referred to in paragraph 4 above, the Secretariat developed draft terms of reference for the fourth review of the financial mechanism for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting, which are set forth in the annex to the present note.
واستجابةً للطلب المشار إليه في الفقرة 4 أعلاه، وضعت الأمانة مشروع اختصاصات للاستعراض الرابع للآلية المالية للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السابع، ويرد المشروع في مرفق هذه المذكرة.

Requests the Secretariat to revise the draft work programme, in consultation with the Bureau of the Open-ended Working Group and the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties and taking into account the discussions at the ninth meeting of the Working Group, for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting;
3- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تنقح مشروع برنامج العمل، بالتشاور مع مكتب الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية ومكتب مؤتمر الأطراف، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار المناقشات التي تجري في الاجتماع التاسع للفريق العامل، للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر؛

By that same decision, the Conference of the Parties also requested the Secretariat to prepare, on the basis of the terms of reference for the third review set out in the annex to decision SC-5/25, draft terms of reference for the fourth review of the financial mechanism for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting.
وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف كذلك إلى الأمانة في المقرر نفسه أن تُعِد، استناداً إلى الاختصاصات المتعلقة بالاستعراض الثالث على النحو المبين في مرفق المقرر ا س - 5/25، مشروع اختصاصات للاستعراض الرابع للآلية المالية، للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السابع.

Requests the Secretariat to revise the draft work programme, in consultation with the Bureau of the Open-ended Working Group and the Expanded Bureau of the Conference of the Parties and taking into account the discussions at the Working Group's eighth meeting, for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh meeting;

Review and updating of the manual for the implementation of the Basel Convention in a way to ensure consistency between the manual and the guide to the control system and, as far as possible, to avoid duplication between the two documents, for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.
(د) استعراض وتحديث دليل تنفيذ اتفاقية بازل بطريقة تكفل الاتساق، قدر الإمكان، بين ذلك الدليل ودليل نظام التحكم، بغرض تفادي الازدواجية بين الوثيقتين، وذلك للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر.

In the same decision, the Open-ended Working Group requested the Secretariat to revise the draft work programme, in consultation with the Bureau of the Working Group and the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties and taking into account the discussions at its ninth meeting, for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.
8 - وفي نفس المقرر، طلب الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية إلى الأمانة أن تنقح مشروع برنامج العمل، بالتشاور مع مكتب الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية ومكتب مؤتمر الأطراف، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار المناقشات التي تجرى في الاجتماع التاسع للفريق العامل، للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر.

By its decision OEWG-VII/18, the Open-ended Working Group of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal requested the Secretariat to prepare and make available to parties by 15 May 2011 a revised draft work programme of the Working Group for 2012 - 2013 and to prepare a draft decision for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting.
