Professional codes of conduct are foreseen by article 8, paragraph 2, of the Convention, which stipulates that State parties shall endeavour to apply codes of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper performance of public functions.
11- وتتوخّى الفقرة 2 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية تطبيق مدوّنات سلوك مهني، فهي تقضي بأن تسعى الدول الأطراف إلى أن تطبّق مدوّنات سلوكية من أجل الأداء الصحيح والمشرّف والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

This tendency is reflected in the interference in the exercise of public functions by members of paramilitary groups and in the persistence of links between public servants and members of these groups.
وتنعكس هذه النزعة في التدخل في مزاولة أفراد الجماعات شبه العسكرية للوظائف العمومية وفي استمرار العلاقات بين الموظفين العموميين وأفراد هذه الجماعات.

(a) Standards of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper fulfilment of public functions.
(أ) معايير سلوكية تكفل الأداء الصحيح والأمين والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

1. Each State Party shall agree to apply within its own institutional and legal system standards of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper performance of public functions.
1- توافق كل دولة طرف على أن تطبق في نظامها المؤسسي والقانوني معايير سلوكية تكفل الأداء الصحيح والأمين والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

2. In particular, each State Party shall endeavour to apply, within its own institutional and legal systems, codes or standards of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper performance of public functions.
2- على وجه الخصوص، تسعى كل دولة طرف إلى أن تطبق، ضمن نطاق نظمها المؤسسية والقانونية، مدونات أو معايير سلوكية من أجل الأداء الصحيح والمشرّف والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

77. Provisions regarding codes of conduct for public officials are found in article 8 (2) of the Convention against Corruption, which encourages States parties to apply codes or standards of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper performance of public functions.
77 - وترد الأحكام الخاصة بمدونات سلوك الموظفين العموميين في الفقرة 2 من المادة 8 من اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد، التي تشجع الدول الأطراف على تطبيق مدونات أو معايير سلوك تكفل الأداء الصحيح والمشرِّف والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

The Follow-Up Mechanism for the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption (MESICIC) has developed a Model Law on the Standards of Conduct on the Proper Performance of public functions, which serves as a tool for its member States, within the framework of the Organization of American States (OAS), to develop appropriate codes of conduct of national public officials.
64- وَوُضِعَت آليةُ متابعة تنفيذ اتفاقية البلدان الأمريكية لمكافحة الفساد قانوناً نموذجياً بشأن معايير السلوك الخاصة بالأداء السليم للوظائف العمومية.() وتستخدمه الدول الأعضاء في هذه الاتفاقية، في إطار منظمة الدول الأمريكية، كأداة لوضع مدوّنات قواعد سلوك مناسبة لموظفيها العموميين.

2.
