14. In the belief that a solution can still be found through dialogue, the Secretary-General further urges the SPDC to allow his Special Envoy to return to Myanmar as soon as possible to continue his facilitation efforts and discuss ways to enhance Myanmar's cooperation with the good offices efforts of the United Nations.
14 - وحيث إن الأمين العام ما زال يؤمن بأنه من الممكن التوصل إلى حل بواسطة الحوار، فإنه يحث كذلك مجلس الدولة للسلام والتنمية على السماح لمبعوثه الخاص بالعودة إلى ميانمار في أقرب وقت ممكن لمواصلة جهود التيسير ومناقشة السبل الكفيلة بتعزيز تعاون ميانمار مع المساعي الحميدة التي تبذلها الأمم المتحدة.

32. It is recalled that in a report to the Security Council of 7 August 1995 (S/1995/657), the Secretary-General informed the Council inter alia of his decision to appoint a resident Deputy to his Special Envoy for Georgia who would also serve as Head of UNOMIG.
