19. In the course of the discussion on policy and developments in Africa, many delegations made reference to the contents of document EC/49/SC/INF.2 on Security, and Civilian and Humanitarian Character of refugee camps and settlements which was welcomed as a useful framework for discussions.
19- وأثناء المناقشة المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة والتطورات في أفريقيا، أشارت وفود كثيرة إلى محتويات الوثيقة EC/49/SC/INF.2 عن الأمن، والطابع المدني والإنساني لمخيمات ومستوطنات اللاجئين التي لاقت ترحيباً كإطار مفيد للمناقشات.
