1. The Administration should prepare the financial statements in conformity with the United Nations System Accounting Standards.
1 - ينبغي للإدارة أن تعد البيانات المالية وفقاً لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

12. The financial statements of the Foundation and Habitat II have not been prepared in conformity with the United Nations System Accounting Standards.

These standards require that the Board plans and performs the audit to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement and in accordance with the United Nations System Accounting Standards.
وتقضي هذه المعايير بأن يقوم المجلس بتخطيط وأداء مراجعة الحسابات للتحقق بشكل معقول من أن البيانات المالية خالية من أي أخطاء مادية وأنها معدة وفقا لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

14. The Board recommends that the Administration disclose accounts receivable and accounts payable in gross rather than in net terms in accordance with the United Nations System Accounting Standards.
14 - ويوصي المجلس بأن تكشف الإدارة عن الحسابات قيد التحصيل والحسابات المستحقة الدفع بالأرقام الإجمالية وليس بالأرقام الصافية طبقا لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

The Board recommends that the Administration prepare the financial statements in conformity with the United Nations System Accounting Standards (para. 16).
يوصي المجلس بأن تعد اﻹدارة البيانات المالية وفقا لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة )الفقرة ١٦(.

12. The presentation of UNICEF's financial statements for the 1994-1995 biennium generally conforms to the United Nations System Accounting Standards.
١٢ - يتسم عرض البيانات المالية لليونيسيف لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥ بأنه موافق بوجه عام لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

(c) Financial statements should be prepared in future in conformity with the United Nations System Accounting Standards (see para. 37);
