Invites Member States to make voluntary and in-kind contributions to the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute for the continuation and expansion of the activities of the Observatory, and invites the Institute to mobilize funds from the private sector for such activities;
3 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم تبرعات ومساهمات عينية لمعهد الأمم المتحدة الأقاليمي لبحوث الجريمة والعدالة من أجل مواصلة أنشطة المرصد وتوسيع نطاقها، ويدعو المعهد إلى حشد أموال من القطاع الخاص لدعم تلك الأنشطة؛

By virtue of article II of the statute of the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI), annexed to Economic and Social Council resolution 1989/56 of 24 May 1989, the principal functions of the Institute are the following:
