The Deputy Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and Director of the Division for Management of UNOV/UNODC noted that the process of structural reform of UNODC had been completed and that every effort was being made to achieve further operational efficiencies, especially through efficient use of information technology.

Recommendation 4: The Director-General of UNIDO should conduct an internal audit of the performance of the current catering contract and make the findings available to the Executive Heads of the United Nations Office at Vienna, IAEA and CTBTO, as well as to members of the Catering Advisory Committee and the Consultative Committee on Common Services.

Recommendation 10: The legislative organs should request the Executive Heads of the United Nations Office at Vienna, UNIDO, IAEA and CTBTO to jointly review the cost-sharing formulae, under the auspices of the Consultative Committee on Common Services, with the objective of incorporating the costs of administrative support for each common service.
التوصية 10: ينبغي للأجهزة التشريعية أن تطلب إلى الرؤساء التنفيذيين لمكتب الأمم المتحدة بفيينا ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ومنظمة معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية إجراء استعراض مشترك لصيغ تقاسم التكاليف، تحت رعاية اللجنة الاستشارية للخدمات العامة، كي تُدرج في هذه الصيغ تكاليف الدعم الإداري لكل خدمة عامة.

To facilitate further dialogue between the Vienna-based organizations, the Director-General of UNIDO should make the report of the internal audit of the VIC catering services available to the Executive Heads of UNOV, IAEA and CTBTO, as well as members of the Catering Advisory Committee and the Consultative Committee on Common Services.
تيسيراً لمواصلة الحوار بين المنظمات التي مقرها فيينا، ينبغي للمدير العام لليونيدو أن يضع تقرير المراجعة الداخلية لحسابات خدمات تقديم الطعام بمركز فيينا الدولي في متناول الرؤساء التنفيذيين لمكتب الأمم المتحدة بفيينا والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ومنظمة معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، على أن يوضع التقرير أيضاً في متناول اللجنة الاستشارية لخدمات تقديم الطعام واللجنة الاستشارية للخدمات العامة.
