130. The Council then voted on the recommendation to grant Roster status to the International Lesbian and Gay Association.

20. At the same meeting, the representative of Costa Rica informed the Committee that according to the instructions from her Government, she had to correct her vote on the proposal to grant Roster status to the International Lesbian and Gay Association from affirmative to negative.

74. At its 664th meeting, on 28 May, the Committee had before it a letter from the International Lesbian and Gay Association addressed to the Chairman, in which the organization requested the Committee to consider reinstating its consultative status, which had been suspended by the Economic and Social Council in 1994.
٧٤ - كان معروضا على اللجنة في جلستها ٦٦٤، المعقودة في ٢٨ أيار/ مايو، رسالة موجهة الى الرئيس من الرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواط تطلب فيها المنظمة الى اللجنة النظر في إعادة منحها المركز الاستشاري، الذي كان قد علقه المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في عام ١٩٩٤.

57. At its 785th meeting, on 25 January, the Committee considered the application of the International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA), an international organization previously on the Roster.

Deeply concerned about questions that have been raised about whether member organizations or subsidiaries of the International Lesbian and Gay Association promote or condone paedophilia, contrary to international human rights standards and therefore the spirit, purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
وإذ يعرب عن بالغ قلقه إزاء اﻷسئلة التي ثارت بشأن ما إذا كانت المنظمات اﻷعضاء في الرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواط أو فروعها تشجع أو تمالئ الاتصال الجنسي باﻷطفال، الذي يتعارض مع معايير حقوق الانسان الدولية، وبالتالي مع روح ومقاصد ومبادئ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة،

1. On 16 September 1994, in accordance with rule 4.2 of its rules of procedure, the Council held a special session to address the question of the continued consultative status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, a non-governmental organization on the Roster of the Council.
١ - في ١٦ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، وعملا بالمادة ٤-٢ من النظام الداخلي، عقد المجلس دورة استثنائية للنظر في مسألة استمرار المركز الاستشاري للرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواطة لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وهي منظمة غير حكومية على قائمة المجلس.

3. Decides to consider reinstating the Roster status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, upon an appropriate recommendation of the Committee on Non-Government Organizations, at such time as the International Lesbian and Gay Association can provide the Council convincing assurances that neither the Association nor its member organizations or subsidiaries promote, condone or seek the legalization of paedophilia.
٣ - يقرر أن ينظر في استرجاع الرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواط لمركزها الاستشاري، بناء على توصية مناسبة من لجنة المنظمات غير الحكومية، وفي الوقت الذي تتمكن فيه الرابطة من تقديم تأكيدات مقنعة الى المجلس بأنها، هي وأعضاؤها وفروعها، لا تشجع أو تمالئ أو تسعى الى إباحة الاتصال الجنسي باﻷطفال.

The Council will address the question of the continued consultative status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, a non-governmental organization on the Roster of the Council (draft resolution E/1994/L.48).
سيتناول المجلس مسألة اﻹبقاء على المركز الاستشاري للرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواطة، وهي منظمة غير حكومية مدرجة في قائمة المجلس )مشروع القرار E/1994/L.48(.

651. The European International Lesbian and Gay Association commended Mauritius for its leadership in supporting the joint statement on human rights, sexual orientation and gender identity delivered before the General Assembly in December 2008.
651- أثنت الرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواط على موريشيوس للدور الرائد الذي اضطلعت به في تأييد البيان المشترك المتعلق بحقوق الإنسان والميل الجنسي والهوية الجنسانية، الذي أُدلي به أمام الجمعية العامة في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008.

3. At the 50th meeting, on 16 September, the representative of the United States of America introduced a draft resolution (E/1994/L.48) entitled " Suspension of the consultative status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association with the Economic and Social Council " , which he orally revised.
٣ - في الجلسة الخمسين المعقودة في ١٦ أيلول/سبتمبر، عرض ممثل الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية مشروع قرار )E/1994/L.48( معنونا " تعليق المركز الاستشاري للرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواطة لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي " ونقحه شفويا.

41. At its 649th meeting, on 22 January, the Committee had before it a letter from the International Lesbian and Gay Association addressed to the Chairman, in which the organization requested the Committee to consider reinstating its consultative status, which had been suspended by Economic and Social Council in 1994 (Council resolution 1994/50).
٤١ - في الجلسة ٦٤٩، المعقودة في ٢٢ كانون الثاني/يناير، كان معروضا على اللجنة رسالة موجهة إلى الرئيس من الرابطة الدولية لممارسي السحاق واللواط، تطلب فيها المنظمة إلى اللجنة أن تنظر في إعادة منحها المركز الاستشاري الذي قام بتعليقه المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في عام ١٩٩٤ )انظر قرار المجلس ١٩٩٤/٥٠(.
