11 - تحث السلطة الانتقالية والسلطات المحلية على كفالة سلامة موظفي الأمم المتحدة وموظفي المساعدة الإنسانية وأمنهم وحرية تنقلهم، فضلا عن تأمين سلامة وصولهم إلى جميع السكان المتضررين دون عوائق، وتوفير الحماية لممتلكات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنسانية، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

Urges the Government of Afghanistan and local authorities to take all possible steps to ensure the safety, security and free movement of all United Nations, development and humanitarian personnel, as well as their safe and unhindered access to all affected populations, and to protect the property of the United Nations and of development or humanitarian organizations, including non-governmental organizations;
2 - تحث حكومة أفغانستان والسلطات المحلية على اتخاذ كافة الخطوات الممكنة من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن وحرية تنقل جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة والموظفين العاملين في مجالي التنمية وتقديم المساعدة الإنسانية، وكذا تأمين سلامة وصولهم إلى جميع السكان المتضررين دون عوائق، وتوفير الحماية لممتلكات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنمائية أو الإنسانية، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

It had also stressed the central leadership and support role of the Office of Central Support Services in ensuring efficient planning and budgeting for United Nations properties and the effective management thereof.
وتشدد اللجنة أيضا على الدور المحوري الذي يؤديه مكتب خدمات الدعم المركزية، على صعيدي الإشراف والدعم، لضمان كفاءة التخطيط وإعداد الميزانيات لممتلكات الأمم المتحدة وفعالية إدارة هذه الممتلكات.
