64- وقدمت شيلي في رسالة بتاريخ 5 حزيران/يونيه 2006 (أنظر المرفق الثالث للوثيقة (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/36/INF/1/Add.1 تفسيراً للانحراف ومعلومات بشأن حالة التزامها بإنشاء نظام معزز لمنح التراخيص وتحديد حصص الاستيراد، ولضمان الامتثال في الفترة الانتقالية بتبني تدابير تنظيمية تطبقها الحكومة.

It had also learned that UNEP had helped Botswana to identify legislation that would accommodate ODS regulations and that a chemicals management act was being developed, and that UNEP expected the ODS regulations, which would include an ODS licensing and quota system, to be in place by December 2005.
