In order to be able to review and provide advice on the staffing aspects of field mission budgets, it is proposed to establish a general temporary assistance position at the P-3 level for a Human Resources Officer in the Organizational Design and Classification Unit in the Field Personnel Division.

31. It is also proposed that one temporary position of Human Resources Officer (P-3) be established for a period of nine months to augment the team in the Recruitment, Outreach and Career Development Section, to backstop MINUSCA during its critical start-up phase.
