21. AALCC stated that its secretariat was to continue to furnish assistance to the States members of the Committee to facilitate their participation in the process of multilateral treaty-making, their adherence thereto and the implementation thereof in accordance with their national legal systems.
٢١ - وذكرت اللجنة الاستشارية القانونية الاسيوية الافريقية أن أمانتها ستواصل تقديم المساعدة الى الدول اﻷعضاء في اللجنة لتيسير مشاركتها في عملية صنع المعاهدات المتعددة اﻷطراف، وتقيدها بها وتنفيذها وفقا لنظمها القانونية الوطنية.

29. AALCC noted that it continued to furnish assistance to member States of the Committee to facilitate their participation in the process of multilateral treaty making, their adherence to multilateral treaties and the implementation of such treaties in accordance with their national legal systems.
٩٢ - وأشارت اللجنة الاستشارية اﻵسيوية الافريقية إلى أنها لا تزال تقدم المساعدة إلى الدول اﻷعضاء في اللجنة لتسهيل مشاركتها في عملية عقد المعاهدات المتعددة اﻷطراف، وانضمامها إلى المعاهدات المتعددة اﻷطراف وتنفيذ هذه المعاهدات وفقا لنظمها القانونية الوطنية.

٨٢ - وذكرت اللجنة الاستشارية اﻵسيوية الافريقية أنها لا تزال وستظل تقدم المساعدة إلى الدول اﻷعضاء في اللجنة لتسهيل مشاركتها في عملية عقد المعاهدات المتعددة اﻷطراف، وانضمامها إلى تلك المعاهدات وتنفيذها لها وفقا لنظمها القانونية الوطنية.

Furthermore, it contended that pursuant to the terms of paragraph 3 (d) of the same article, Contracting Parties, in accordance with their national legal systems and applicable international regulations, had the right to refuse a request for information on the grounds of commercial confidentiality.
