33. The Republic of Korea fully supports the IAEA Technical Cooperation Programme as the main vehicle for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes to developing countries in need.
33 - وتؤيد جمهورية كوريا بالكامل برنامج التعاون التقني للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية باعتباره الوسيلة الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية إلى البلدان النامية التي تحتاج إليها.

40. In view of climate change and the growing demand for nuclear energy and sustainable development, a call was also made to fully ensure the free, unimpeded and non-discriminatory transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.
40 - ونظرا لتغير المناخ والطلب المتزايد على الطاقة النووية والتنمية المستدامة، وُجِّه نـداء أيضـا من أجل الضمان الكامل لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية بشكل حر ودون عوائق وبلا تميـيز.

In that context, he reaffirmed the inalienable right of States parties to the Treaty to engage in research and the production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes and stressed that the free and non-discriminatory transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes to all States parties should be fully assured.
والتأكيد في هذا السياق على الحق الثابت للدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في الاشتراك في الأبحاث المتعلقة بالطاقة النووية وفي إنتاجها واستخدامها للأغراض السلمية. وشدد على ضرورة الضمان الكامل لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية إلى جميع الدول الأطراف بحرية ودون تمييز.

The Movement reaffirms the inalienable right of States Parties to the NPT to engage in research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and that free, unimpeded and non-discriminatory transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes be fully ensured.
وتؤكد الحركة مجددا الحق غير القابل للتصرف للدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في إجراء البحوث وفي إنتاج الطاقة النووية واستخدامها في الأغراض السلمية من دون تمييز، وتؤكد الكفالة التامة لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية بحرية ومن غير عوائق ومن غير تمييز.

12. The Conference stresses that the IAEA technical cooperation programme, as one of the main vehicles for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, is formulated in accordance with the Statute and guiding principles of the Agency, as contained in INFCIRC/267, as well as the decisions of the Agency's policymaking organs.
12 - ويشدّد المؤتمر على أن برنامج التعاون التقني للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، تتم صياغته وفقا للنظام الأساسي للوكالة ومبادئها التوجيهية على النحو الوارد في INFCIRC/267، وذلك باعتباره إحدى الوسائل الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية.
