6. While noting that some parties to armed conflict have responded to its call upon them to prepare and implement concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law;
6 - إذ يلاحظ أن بعض أطراف النـزاع المسلح قد استجابت لندائه إليها بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل ملموسة محددة زمنياً لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك لأحكام القانون الدولي الواجب التطبيق؛

(a) Calls upon these parties to prepare within three months concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of the international obligations applicable to them, in close collaboration with United Nations peacekeeping missions and United Nations country teams, consistent with their respective mandates;
(أ) يدعو هذه الأطراف إلى أن تُعد في غضون ثلاثة أشهر خطط عمل محددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم مما ينتهك الالتزامات الدولية المنطبقة عليها، وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع بعثات السلام التابعة للأمم المتحدة والأفرقة القطرية التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وفقا للولايات المنوطة بكل منها؛

Call upon relevant parties to develop and implement concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children and and other grave violations committed against children in situations of armed conflict, in close collaboration with United Nations peacekeeping missions, United Nations country teams and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Children and Armed Conflict.
دعوة الأطراف ذات الصلة إلى إعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل ملموسة ومحددة زمنياً لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم والتصدي للانتهاكات الخطيرة الأخرى المرتكبة بحق الأطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح، وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع بعثات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام والأفرقة القطرية للأمم المتحدة والممثِّّلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بشؤون الأطفال والنـزاعات المسلحة.

In view of the fact that the vast majority of parties to conflict listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General's annual report are non-State actors, it is crucial that Member States facilitate contact and dialogue between the United Nations and these groups for the purposes of developing and implementing action plans to halt recruitment and use of children and to address without prejudice all other grave violations committed against children.
ونظراً لكون الأغلبية العريضة من أطراف النـزاع المدرجة في مرفقات تقرير الأمين العام السنوي من الأطراف الفاعلة من غير الدول، لا بدّ أن تيسر الدول الأعضاء الاتصال والحوار بين الأمم المتحدة وهذه الجماعات بغية وضع وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم وللتصدي، بدون تحامل، لجميع الانتهاكات الجسيمة الأخرى المرتكبة بحق الأطفال.

166. Concerned Member States should allow contact between the United Nations and non-State parties to ensure the broad and effective protection of children in situations of concern, including for the purposes of preparing action plans to halt recruitment and use of children and undertaking specific commitments and measures to address all other grave violations committed against children.
166 - وينبغي للدول الأعضاء المعنية أن تسمح بإقامة الاتصال بين الأمم المتحدة والأطراف من غير الدول لكفالة حماية واسعة وفعالة للأطفال المعرضين لحالات مثيرة للقلق، بما في ذلك لأغراض إعداد خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم والتعهد بالتزامات وتدابير محددة من أجل التصدي لجميع الانتهاكات الجسيمة الأخرى المرتكبة ضد الأطفال.

(a) Reiterates its call on parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General's report on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt recruitment and use of children and killing and maiming of children, in violation of applicable international law, as well as rape and other sexual violence against children;
(أ) يكرر نداءه إلى أطراف النـزاع المسلح الواردة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم وقتلهم وتشويههم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الواجب التطبيق، وكذلك اغتصاب الأطفال وارتكاب أشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، إلى القيام بذلك دون المزيد من التأخير؛
