1. The Conference of the Parties, by its decisions 11/COP.1 and 5/COP.2, requested the secretariat to prepare a report based on the information contained in national reports, to be considered by the Conference of the Parties at its third session.

To finalize the global monitoring report, including conclusions and recommendations, for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting;

At its first meeting, the Conference of the Parties, in its decision SC-1/22 on Party reporting, timing and format, decided that in accordance with Article 15 of the Convention, each Party shall submit its first report by 31 December 2006 for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting.
2 - قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول وفي مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/22 بشأن تقديم الأطراف لتقارير وتوقيتها ونسقها، أنه طبقاً للمادة 15 من الاتفاقية يقوم كل طرف بتقديم تقريره الأول في موعد أقصاه 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث.

In that same decision, the Conference of the Parties requested the Secretariat to prepare a cost estimate for developing an electronic system for reporting pursuant to Article 15 of the Convention for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting.
3 - وفي المقرر نفسه طلب مؤتمر الأطراف من الأمانة أن تقوم بإجراء تقدير تكلفة إنشاء نظام إلكتروني للإبلاغ عملاً بالمادة 15 من الاتفاقية لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني.

13. Further requests the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice to report on the progress of the work programme referred to in paragraph 8 above to the Conference of the Parties at its nineteenth session and on the outcome of that work programme to be considered by the Conference of the Parties at its twentieth session;
13- يطلب كذلك إلى الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية أن تقدم تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في برنامج العمل المشار إليه في الفقرة 8 أعلاه إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة عشرة وتقريراً عن نتائج هذا البرنامج لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العشرين؛

Such an assessment will be submitted for the consideration of the Conference of the Parties at its eighth session.
