٢٤- ولقد ألغيت حالة الطوارئ في أراضي أزربيجان بتاريخ ٢٢ أيلول / سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ بموجب مرسوم أصدره رئيس الجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية إستناداً إلى قرار اتخذته الجمعية الوطنية، وتمﱠ إبلاغ اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة بذلك في رسالة خاصة.
