It is also the understanding of the Advisory Committee that, should the Assembly approve the proposal of the Secretary-General, he will submit for consideration by the Assembly the necessary revisions to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation.

Publications are included in the programme budget in accordance with the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation, which were approved by the General Assembly in its resolutions 37/234 and 38/227.
