That is why our Assembly took the decision to recommend that the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention convene a conference on measures to secure compliance with the provisions of the Convention in the occupied Palestinian territories.
ولهذا السبب قررت جمعيتنا التوصية بأن يعقد الطرفان المتعاقدان الساميان في اتفاقية جنيف مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير كفالة الامتثال ﻷحكام الاتفاقية في اﻷراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.

وأوصــت الجمعيــة العامة فــي قــرارها ES-10/3، بأن تعقد اﻷطــراف المتعاقــدة الساميــة في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقيـة في اﻷراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس.

The resolution, inter alia, recommended that the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War convene a conference on measures to enforce the Convention in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and to ensure its respect, in accordance with common article 1.
وأوصى القرار، في جملة أمور، اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب بأن يعقدوا مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وضمان احترامها وفقا ﻷحكام المادة العامة ١.

Recommends that the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War convene a conference on measures to enforce the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem, and to ensure its respect, in accordance with common article 1, and requests the Secretary-General to present a report on the matter within three months;

3 - تكرر مرة أخرى توصيتها للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب، المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949(3)، بأن تعقد مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وضمان احترام الاتفاقية وفقا لأحكام المادة 1 المشتركة؛

Paragraph 6 reiterates the Assembly's recommendation that the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention convene a conference on measures to enforce the Convention in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and to ensure its respect in accordance with common article 1, and further recommends that the High Contracting Parties convene the said conference on 8 April 1999 at the United Nations Office at Geneva.
وفي الفقرة ٦ من المنطوق تكرر الجمعية من جديد توصيتها لﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف الرباعية بأن تعقد مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وضمان احترام الاتفاقية وفقا ﻷحكام المادة المشتركة ١، وتوصي أيضا بأن تعقد اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية المؤتمر المذكور يوم ٨ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩ في مكتب اﻷمم المتحدة في جنيف.

6. Reiterates its recommendation that the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention convene a conference on measures to enforce the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem, and to ensure respect thereof in accordance with common article 1, and further recommends that the High Contracting Parties convene the said conference on 15 July 1999 at the United Nations Office at Geneva;
٦ - تكرر من جديد توصيتها لﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة بأن تعقد مؤتمرا بشأن تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية فــي اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلــة، بما فيها القدس، وضمـان احترام الاتفاقية وفقا ﻷحكام المادة المشتركة ١، وتوصي أيضا بأن تعقــد اﻷطراف المتعاقــدة السامية المؤتمر المذكور يوم ٥١ تموز/يوليه ٩٩٩١ في مكتب اﻷمم المتحدة في جنيف؛
