In the light of provisions of the Convention and decisions of the COP that refer to the reporting on the secretariat activities, this document responds to the various reporting demands made thus far, most notably to article 23, paragraph 2(f) of the Convention, which requests the secretariat to prepare a report on the execution of its functions under this Convention and to present it to the COP.
