Unfortunately the joining of the Human Rights Ombudsman of BiH with the Entity Ombudsman institutions has not been done yet, which is the reason why the functional national mechanism for protection of human rights in BiH has not been established in full capacity so far.
35- وللأسف لم يتم بعد انضمام مؤسسة أمين المظالم المعني بحقوق الإنسان في البوسنة والهرسك إلى مؤسسات أمين المظالم في الكيان، ولهذا السبب لم تُنشأ حتى الآن الآلية الوطنية العملية لحماية حقوق الإنسان في البوسنة والهرسك بكامل قدرتها.

The Secretary-General welcomes the adoption of resolution 64/161 by the General Assembly, in which it encouraged Ombudsman institutions to actively draw on the standards enumerated in international instruments and the Paris Principles to strengthen their independence and increase their capacity to act as national human rights protection mechanisms.
