22. While noting the information provided by the State party that Law No. 08-11 provides for a right of appeal in the case of expulsion of an irregular migrant worker, the Committee is concerned that in the same law the right to appeal is not guaranteed in cases where expulsion orders are issued by walis (governors).
22- وبينما تلاحظ اللجنة ما قدمته الدولة الطرف من معلومات مفادها أن القانون رقم 08-11 ينص على حق الطعن في حالة الأمر بطرد عامل مهاجر بصورة غير نظامية، فإنها تشعر بالقلق لأن القانون نفسه لا يكفل الحق في الطعن في حالات أوامر الطرد التي تصدر عن الولاة.

While noting the detailed information provided by the State party on training programmes for law enforcement officials, prison staff and judges, the Committee regrets the paucity of information on (a) specific training regarding the provisions of the Convention and (b) monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programmes in reducing the incidence of torture and ill-treatment. 100. The Committee further recommends that the initial report and written replies submitted by the State party and related recommendations (concluding observations) that it adopted be made widely available, including but not exclusively on the Internet, to the public at large, civil society organizations, youth groups, professional groups and children, in order to generate debate and awareness of the Convention, its implementation and monitoring.
100- توصي اللجنة كذلك بإتاحة ما قدمته الدولة الطرف من تقرير أولي وردود مكتوبة وما يتصل بذلك من توصيات (ملاحظات ختامية) اعتمدتها اللجنة على نطاق واسع، من خلال شبكة الإنترنت على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، كيما يطلع عليها عامة الناس ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ومجموعات الشباب والفئات المهنية والأطفال، بغية إثارة النقاش والتوعية بالاتفاقية وتنفيذها ورصدها.
