Organizations of the United Nations system agreed with and accepted recommendation 1, in which the Joint Inspection Unit calls for a review of the use of non-staff personnel, although they noted that the taking " into account " of any " international labour principles " (see para. 5 above) was a matter for legislative bodies to determine, not the executive head.

20. Regarding recommendation 1, UNDP has aligned its non-staff employment framework with international labour principles (see International Labour Organization recommendation No. 198 of 2006) and regularly assesses the use of non-staff personnel with a view to detecting and addressing developing risks in a timely manner.
20 - وبخصوص التوصية 1، يرى برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أنه واءم إطار البرنامج المتعلق بتشغيل العاملين من غير الموظفين مع مبادئ العمل الدولية (انظر توصية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 198 لعام 2006)، وأنه يقوم بشكل دوري بتقييم استخدام العاملين من غير الموظفين من أجل الكشف عن أي مخاطر قد تنشأ والتصدي لها في الوقت المناسب.
