The principles of equality before the law, accountability and separation of powers were embodied in the Tanzanian Constitution.
إن مبادئ المساواة أمام القانون والمساءلة والفصل بين السلطات مكرسة في دستور تنزانيا.

The principles of equality before the law, the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair and public hearing by a competent, independent and impartial tribunal are enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
أما مبادئ المساواة أمام القانون، والتسليم بالبراءة، والحق في اجراء محاكمة عادلة وعلنية من جانب محكمة مختصة ومستقلة ونزيهة في أمور يكرسها الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان.

21. According to the Constitution the Republic of Croatia is a sovereign, democratic and social state in which human rights and basic freedoms are protected based on the principles of equality before the law and non-discrimination and equality of genders.
21- ويقضي الدستور بأن جمهورية كرواتيا دولة ديمقراطية واجتماعية ذات سيادة وأن حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية مكفولة فيها على أساس مبادئ المساواة أمام القانون وعدم التمييز والمساواة بين الجنسين.
