CGE members have made presentations on the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties and have served as chairs and rapporteurs in several of the workshops.
كما قدّم أعضاء الفريق عروضاً عن المبادئ التوجيهية لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية وعملوا رؤساءَ ومقررين في العديد من حلقات العمل.

25- استُهلت الجلسة المتعلقة بتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الجيدة في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية بعرض عام أُلقي على المشاركين عن إدارة عملية البلاغات الوطنية.

The SBI concluded that, in view of the technical constraints and problems encountered in the preparation of national communications, there is a need for financial and technical resources to maintain and enhance national capacities of non-Annex I Parties for preparing national communications.
43- وخلصت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ إلى أنه، نظراً للقيود والمشاكل التقنية التي تعرقل إعداد البلاغات الوطنية، ثمة حاجة إلى توفير الموارد المالية والتقنية لصون وتعزيز القدرات الوطنية للأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية.

It expressed its gratitude to the Government of Canada for pledging financial resources to support the workshop on exchange of experiences and good practices among nonAnnex I Parties in preparing national communications and on crosscutting issues, but noted that further resources are required.

The workshop on exchange of experiences and good practices among nonAnnex I Parties in preparing national communications and on cross-cutting issues was held in Cairo, Egypt, from 20 to 22 September 2007, through the kind invitation by the Government of Egypt through the Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs.
23- عُقدت حلقة العمل المتعلقة بتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الجيدة فيما بين الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية وفي القضايا الشاملة في القاهرة، مصر، في الفترة من 20 إلى 22 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، تلبيةً للدعوة الكريمة التي وجهتها حكومة مصر من خلال وزارة الدولة لشؤون البيئة.

It acknowledged that the report was useful in providing information on the scope of activities of non-Annex I Parties relating to national greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, vulnerability and adaptation assessments, mitigation assessments and cross-cutting themes, and in identifying gaps and constraints in preparing national communications.
وأقرت بأن التقرير مفيد في توفير معلومات عن نطاق أنشطة الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في مجال إعداد قوائم الجرد الوطنية لغازات الدفيئة، وعمليات تقييم القابلية للتأثر بتغير المناخ والتكيف معه، وعمليات تقييم التخفيف من آثار تغير المناخ والمواضيع الشاملة لعدة قطاعات، كما أنه مفيد في تحديد الثغرات والقيود في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية.

The CGE will report to the SBI on the outcomes of two events to be held in Cairo, Egypt: the workshop on exchange of experiences and good practices among Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) in preparing national communications and on crosscutting issues, from 20 to 22 September; and on the outcome of its ninth meeting, in Cairo, Egypt, from 20 to 22 September and from from 24 to 25 September 2007, respectively.
22- وسوف يقدم فريق الخبراء الاستشاري تقريراً إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ عن نتائج لقاءين يعقدان في القاهرة، مصر هما: حلقة العمل بشأن تبادل الخبرات والممارسات الجيدة بين الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية وبشأن القضايا الشاملة، في الفترة من 20 إلى 22 أيلول/سبتمبر؛ واجتماعه التاسع في الفترة من 24 إلى 25 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007.

At its twenty-fifth session, the SBI endorsed the efforts of the CGE to implement its work programme for 2007 and noted the need to conduct a workshop on exchange of experiences and good practices among nonAnnex I Parties in preparing national communications and on cross-cutting issues (FCCC/SBI/2006/28, para. 26).
14- أيدت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، في دورتها الخامسة والعشرين، جهود فريق الخبراء الاستشاري الرامية إلى تنفيذ برنامج عمله لعام 2007 وأحاطت علماً بالحاجة إلى إجراء حلقة عمل بشأن تبادل التجارب والممارسات الجيدة فيما بين الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية وفي القضايا الشاملة (FCCC/SBI/2006/28، الفقرة 26).

The SBI also noted the outcomes of the workshop on exchange of experiences and good practices among Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) in preparing national communications and on cross-cutting issues held in Cairo, Egypt, from 20 to 22 September 2007, and expressed its appreciation to the Government of Egypt for hosting the workshop and the ninth meeting of the CGE.
23- كما أحاطت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ علماً بحصيلة حلقة العمل بشأن تبادل الخبرات والممارسات الجيدة بين الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية (الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول)، في مجال إعداد البلاغات الوطنية وبشأن القضايا الشاملة، التي عقدت في القاهرة بمصر في الفترة من 20 إلى 22 أيلول/سبتمبر، وأعربت عن تقديرها لحكومة مصر لاستضافتها حلقة العمل والاجتماع التاسع لفريق الخبراء الاستشاري.
