٣٢ - أنيط بالمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة ولاية محاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي المرتكبة في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة منذ عام ١٩٩١.

Decides hereby to establish an international tribunal for the sole purpose of prosecuting persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of [the affected State] between [dates].

Concurrent jurisdiction 1. The International Tribunal for Rwanda and national courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute persons for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States, between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994.
١ - للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا والمحاكم الوطنية اختصاص مشترك في محاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الانساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم رواندا والمواطنين الروانديين المسؤولين عن ارتكاب هذه الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة، بين ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤ و ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤.

My delegation is, therefore, delighted to note the significant progress made by both the ICTY and the ICTR in fulfilling their respective mandates concerning prosecution of persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law in the former Yugoslavia since 1991 and in Rwanda between 1 January and 31 December 1994.

The International Tribunal for Rwanda shall have the power to prosecute persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens responsible for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States, between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994, in accordance with the provisions of the present Statute.
