13. Regarding the remuneration of the members of the Court and the judges and ad litem judges of the International Tribunals, the Advisory Committee had analysed the two options proposed by the Secretary-General.

In that connection, her delegation agreed with the Secretary-General that no changes should be made to the current remuneration system of members of the International Court of Justice and judges and ad litem judges of the two Tribunals.
وفي هذا الصدد، يوافق وفدها على رأي الأمين العام الذي يفيد بأنه ينبغي عدم إجراء أية تغييرات على نظام الأجور الحالي لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية والقضاة والقضاة المخصصين بالمحكمتين.

4. Decides, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2005, to increase the annual salary of the members of the Court and the judges and ad litem judges of the Tribunals by 6.3 per cent, as an interim measure and pending a decision based on the report requested in paragraph 8 below;
4 - تقرر زيادة الراتب السنوي لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية والقضاة والقضاة المخصصين في محكمتي يوغوسلافيا السابقة ورواندا بنسبة 6.3 في المائة، على أن يبدأ سريانها بمفعول رجعي اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2005، كتدبير مؤقت وريثما يتخذ قرار بناء على التقرير المطلوب تقديمه في الفقرة 8 أدناه؛

Remuneration 4. In paragraphs 3 to 13 of his report, the Secretary-General provides background information on the emoluments of the members and ad hoc judges of the International Court of Justice and the judges and ad litem judges of the Tribunals.
4 - يقدم الأمين العام في الفقرات من 3 إلى 13 من تقريره، معلومات أساسية عن الأجور التي يتقاضاها الأعضاء والقضاة الخاصون في محكمة العدل الدولية والقضاة والقضاة المخصصون في المحكمتين.
