Pursuant to Commission on Narcotic Drugs resolution 50/4, entitled " Improving the quality and performance of drug analysis laboratories " , UNODC has provided support to institutions and government experts from over 85 Member States in the form of quality-assurance support, guidelines and best practice manuals, reference samples and field identification test kits.
