Tunisia reported on the creation of a national observatory on child rights, which monitors implementation of the child Protection Code in coordination with other institutions responsible for related issues.
وأفادت تونس بأنها أسَّست مرصدا وطنيا لحقوق الطفل يتولى رصد تنفيذ مدونة حماية الطفل بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات الأخرى المسؤولة عن المسائل ذات الصلة.

The Committee also recommends that the State party adopt and fully implement the Child Protection Code, including by putting in place the child protection officers ( " Délégués à la protection de l'enfance " ) and the probation officers ( " Délégués à la liberté surveillée " ).
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعتمد مدونة حماية الطفل وتنفذها تنفيذاً كاملاً، وذلك بوسائل منها تعيين الموظفين المكلفين بحماية الطفل والموظفين المكلفين بالاختبار القضائي.

The Committee welcomes the adoption of the Child Protection Code as well as other legal provisions in the area of juvenile justice.

80. The ratification by Tunisia of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1991 and the implementation of the Child Protection Code in 1995 testified to his Government's ongoing commitment to developing its human resources in a country where a large proportion of the population were young people.

The Committee particularly welcomes the express reference in articles 4 and 10 respectively of the Child Protection Code to the best interest of the child and to respect for the views of the child, in line with the previous recommendation of the Committee (CRC/C/15/Add.39, para. 7).

The involvement of children in several civic-military activities by the Ministry of Defense and the national armed forces, prohibited by the Child Protection Code (Law 1098 of 2006), was reported in several departments.

23. The Committee urges the State party to ensure that the reorganization of the army and security sector include the provision of systematic trainings for members of the FARDC and the Republican Guard on the provisions of the Optional Protocol and the Child Protection Code related provisions.
23- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان أن تشمل إعادة تنظيم الجيش وقطاع الأمن توفير التدريبات المنتظمة لأعضاء القوات المسلحة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية والحرس الجمهوري بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري وأحكام مدونة حماية الطفل ذات الصلة.

(c) Take all appropriate measures to expedite the process of elaboration and adoption of the Child Protection Code, as a matter of priority, as recommended by the Committee in its previous concluding observations under the Convention (CRC/C/BFA/CO/3-4, para. 9, 2010).

51. Following the mapping of Burundi's child protection system conducted in 2011, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) supported the Government to strengthen the legal and policy child protection framework through the elaboration of the Child Protection Code and the development of the National Child Protection Policy with its Action Plan covering the period 2012-2016.
