67- وتتصرف أجهزة العدالة الجنائية بحكم وظيفتها, ما لم تنص مدوّنة الإجراءات الجنائية على خلاف ذلك.

85. When the damage was caused by a crime, section 43 et seq. of the Criminal Procedure Code provides that the person is entitled to claim compensation for damage caused by the crime from the perpetrator and he/she has also the right to file a motion that the court impose the obligation to compensate the damage in its judgement.
85- ولتغطية الحالات التي يكون الضرر فيها ناجما عن جريمة, تقضي المادة 43 وما يتبعها من مدوّنة الإجراءات الجنائية بأن يكون للشخص المتضرر من جريمة ما الحق في مطالبة مرتكبها بتعويضه عن الضرر الذي لحقه من جرائها وان يتقدم أيضا بطلب إلى المحكمة لكي تنص في حكمها على واجب التعويض عن هذا الضرر.
