The Supreme Council vehemently condemned the iniquitous criminal act that occurred in Riyadh, killing innocent persons as well as leaving a number of wounded and alarming the faithful.

1. The Kingdom of Bahrain participated in the International Counter-terrorism Conference, held in Riyadh from 5 to 8 February 2005, where it submitted a three-part recommendation:

The Ministers commended the efforts made by the new leaders of Yemen to implement the initiative of the Gulf Cooperation Council on the peaceful transfer of power, which was signed in Riyadh on 23 November 2011.
