In reply to a note verbale from the Secretary-General dated 16 July 1996, the Secretariat prepared document A/AC.105/635/Add.3 on the basis of information received from member States by 30 November 1996.
٥ - وردا على مذكرة شفوية من اﻷمين العام مؤرخة ٦١ تموز/يوليه ٦٩٩١ ، أعدت اﻷمانة الوثيقة A/AC.105/635/Add.3 استنادا الى المعلومات المتلقاة من الدول اﻷعضاء حتى ٠٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٦٩٩١ .

1/ Transmitted to the Permanent Representative of Greece to the United Nations by a note verbale dated 18 September 1996 and circulated to all States under cover of a note verbale from the Secretary-General dated 30 September 1996.

2/ Transmitted to the Permanent Representatives of Israel and Nigeria to the United Nations by notes verbales dated 28 August 1996 and circulated to all States under cover of a note verbale from the Secretary-General dated 10 September 1996.

6/ Transmitted to the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations by a note verbale dated 5 May 1995 and circulated to all States under cover of a note verbale from the Secretary-General dated 12 May 1995.

The Temporary President: In this connection, may I invite the attention of the members of the Assembly to a note verbale from the Secretary-General, dated 25 March 1998, in which it was stated that credentials should be issued for all representatives to the special session, in accordance with rule 27 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly.
