وإذ يسوؤها رفض حكومة العراق التعاون مع آليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان، ولا سيما عدم قبول زيارة المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق، للعراق مرة أخرى، وعدم السماح بتمركز مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العراق عملا بالقرارات ذات الصلة للجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان،

وإذ يسؤوها رفض حكومة العراق التعاون مع آليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان، ولا سيما قبول زيارة المقرر الخاص للعراق والسماح بتمركز مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العراق عملا بالقرارات ذات الصلة للجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان،

3. Also calls upon the Government of Iraq to cooperate with United Nations human rights mechanisms, in particular by receiving a return visit by the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights to Iraq and allowing the stationing of human rights monitors throughout Iraq pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights;
٣ - تطلب أيضا إلى حكومة العراق أن تتعاون مع آليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان، ولا سيما بقبول عودة المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان إلى زيارة العراق، وبالسماح بوضع مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العراق عملا بالقرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن الجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان؛

Also calls upon the Government of Iraq to cooperate with United Nations human rights mechanisms, in particular by receiving a return visit by the Special Rapporteur to Iraq and allowing the stationing of human rights monitors throughout Iraq pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights;
٣ - تهيب أيضا بحكومة العراق أن تتعاون مع آليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان، ولا سيما بقبول عودة المقرر الخاص إلى زيارة العراق، وبالسماح بوضع مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العراق عملا بالقرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن الجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان؛

(c) To cooperate with United Nations human rights mechanisms, in particular by receiving a return visit by the Special Rapporteur to Iraq and allowing the stationing of human rights monitors throughout Iraq pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights;
