(b) Alteration and renovation of premises. The cost estimate provides for minor alterations and renovations for the establishment of nine identification centres at an average cost of $3,000 per centre.

(c) Maintenance supplies. The cost estimate provides for requirements for nine identification centres at an average cost of $2,000 per month, or $220 per month per centre.
)ج( لوازم الصيانة - تغطي تقديرات التكاليف احتياجات تسعة مراكز لتحديد الهوية بمتوسط تكلفة يبلــغ ٠٠٠ ٢ دولار في الشهر. أو ٢٢٠ دولار في الشهر لكل مركز.

(e) Utilities. The cost estimate provides for additional requirements for electricity for nine identification centres at an average cost of $4,000 per month, or $445 per month per centre.

٦ - أما عملية تحديد هوية مقدمي طلبات اﻹدلاء باﻷصوات في الاستفتاء على تقرير المصير في الصحراء الغربية فتجري على مراحل متعاقبة في ٩ مراكز لتحديد الهوية تعمل في آن واحد ويتألف كل منها من اثنين من أعضاء لجنة تحديد الهوية، واثنين من موظفي التسجيل، و ٤ من موظفي الخدمات العامة يعملون في فريقين.

In pursuance of that resolution, the Secretary-General submitted a report to the Council on 30 March. 7/ The Council was informed that seven identification centres were operating in the Territory and the Tindouf area, and that arrangements had been completed to establish an eighth centre (four on each side).
٥١ - وعملا بهذا القرار، قدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا إلى المجلس في ٣٠ آذار/مارس)٧(. وأبلِغ المجلس بأن سبعة مراكز لتحديد الهوية كانت تعمل في اﻹقليم وفي منطقة تندوف وجرى استكمال الترتيبات ﻹنشاء ثمانية مراكز )أربعة في كل جانب(.

The additional amount of $17,849,100 gross ($16,142,100 net) is required for the completion of identification activities, including the establishment of nine identification centres and the deployment of 81 civilian police observers, 176 international and 30 local staff and eight observers from the Organization for African Unity (OAU).

According to paragraph 7 of the Advisory Committee’s report (A/52/816), discussions were under way to open two additional centres in northern Morocco; when asked for explanations, the Secretariat had said that there were no identification centres in northern Morocco, only two operational annexes, and there would not be more than nine centres.

24. As regards the logistic, personnel and other resources required for the deployment of MINURSO at full strength, the Secretary-General noted that, in addition to the four identification centres which were operating by the end of 1994, three more centres had been opened between February and March 1995 in the towns of Smara and Dakhla in the Territory and in the El-Aiun refugee camp near Tindouf.
٢٤ - أما بالنسبة للسوقيات واﻷفراد والموارد اﻷخرى المطلوبة لوزع بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية بكامل طاقتها، لاحظ اﻷمين العام أنه اضافة الى أربعة مراكز لتحديد الهوية أخذت تمارس عملها منذ نهاية عام ١٩٩٤، فقد افتتحت ثلاثة مراكز أخرى بين شهري شباط/فبراير وآذار/مارس ١٩٩٥ في مدينتي سمارا وداخلة في اﻹقليم، وفي مخيم العيون للاجئين بقرب تندوف.
