At its second session, the COP, by its decision 21/COP.2, decided to replace the marginal note, the title and paragraph 1 of rule 47 of the rules of procedure by the text reproduced in the annex to that decision, and requested the secretariat to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure on the agenda of its third session.
1- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية، بموجب المقرر 21/م أ-2، الاستعاضة عن الملاحظة الهامشية وعنوان المادة 47 والفقرة 1 من هذه المادة من مواد النظام الداخلي بالنص الوارد في المرفق بذلك المقرر، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تدرج مسألة النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من النظام الداخلي في جدول أعمال دورته الثالثة.

61. In decision 27/COP.9, the COP requested the secretariat to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure in the agenda of COP 10 and to report on the status of similar rules of procedure in other multilateral environmental agreements.

46. Having taken note of the report by the secretariat contained in ICCD/COP(6)/6, the COP requested the secretariat, in its decision 21/COP.6, to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure in the agenda of its seventh session.
46- وبعد أن أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً، في مقرره 21/م أ-6، بتقرير الأمانة الوارد في الوثيقة ICCD/COP(6)/6، طلب من الأمانة أن تدرج مسألة النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من النظام الداخلي في جدول أعمال دورته السابعة.

4. By decision 20/COP(5), the COP took note of the draft text of rule 47, as amended by decision 21/COP.2, and, having heard the report of the President of the COP at its fifth session on the results of his consultations on the outstanding issue relating to rule 47 of the rules of procedure, requested the secretariat to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure on the agenda of its sixth session (decision 20/COP.5).
4- كما أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً، بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-5، بمشروع نص المادة 47 بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 21/م أ-2، وبعد أن استمع المؤتمر إلى تقرير رئيس المؤتمر، في دورته الخامسة، عن نتائج مشاوراته حول القضية المعلقة الخاصة بالمادة 47 من النظام الداخلي، طلب إلى الأمانة أن تدرج مسألة النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من النظام الداخلي في جدول أعمال دورته السادسة (المقرر 20/م أ-5).
