21. At the request of the State party under review and as required, governmental experts may also be asked to provide the State party under review with explanations on how to bridge the gaps identified so as to allow the country to fully and effectively implement the relevant articles of the Convention.
21- بناءً على طلب الدولة المستعرَضة وحسب الاقتضاء، قد يُطلب من الخبراء الحكوميين أيضا مساعدة الدولة الطرف المستعرَضة بتوضيح كيفية سدّ الثغرات التي لوحظت بحيث يمكن للبلد المعني أن ينفّذ مواد الاتفاقية ذات الصلة تنفيذاً تاماً وفعّالاً.

6. The Committee welcomes and would like to accept the invitation extended to it by the State party's delegation to visit Kuwait with a view to assisting the State party in implementing its obligations under the Covenant, in the light of these concluding observations.
6- وترحب اللجنة بالدعوة التي وجهها إليها وفد الدولة الطرف لزيارة الكويت بغرض مساعدة الدولة الطرف في تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب العهد، على ضوء هذه الملاحظات الختامية، وهي مستعدة لقبول هذه الدعوة.

577. In the light of all the circumstances, its concluding observations and the current crisis in Israel and the occupied territories, the Committee resolved at its twenty-fourth session to consider the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory at its twenty-fifth session, with a view to assisting the State party conform to its obligations under the Covenant.
577- وفي ضوء كافة هذه الظروف وملاحظاتها الختامية والأزمة الحالية في إسرائيل والأراضي المحتلة، قررت اللجنة في دورتها الرابعة والعشرين أن تقوم في دورتها الخامسة والعشرين بالنظر في الحالة السائدة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة بهدف مساعدة الدولة الطرف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب العهد.

The Committee decided to assist the State party in the preparation of a new report by the new Government, which is due on June 30, 2002.

21. 21- بناءً على طلب الدولة الخاضعة للاستعراض وحسب الاقتضاء، يجوز أن يُطلب من الخبراء الحكوميين أيضا مساعدة الدولة الطرف الخاضعة للاستعراض بتوضيح كيفية التغلب على النواقص المحددة بحيث يمكن للبلد المعني أن ينفذ بشكل تام وفعّال المواد ذات الصلة في الاتفاقية.

In 2005, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) developed the completion initiative to accelerate progress in countries where a concerted effort and an investment of up to $10 million would assist a State party to the Treaty to meet its clearance deadline.
وفي عام 2005، أعد برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي مبادرته المتعلقة بالإنجاز بغية تسريع عملية التطهير في البلدان التي تبذل فيها جهود متضافرة وتوظف فيها استثمارات تزيد على 10 ملايين دولار، من شأنها مساعدة الدولة الطرف في المعاهدة على الالتزام بالموعد النهائي المحدد لها لعملية التطهير.
