٥ - يعيد تأكيد المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تتخذ كل دولة اﻹجراءات المناسبة من أجل حظر الاستخدام العمدي ﻷية طائرة مدنية مسجلة في تلك الدولة أو يشغلها شخص يكون مقر عمله الرئيسي أو محل إقامته الدائم في تلك الدولة، في أي غرض يتنافى مع أهداف اتفاقية شيكاغو؛

"
