that the consultative meeting, or any State Party, may request specialised assistance in solving any problems which may arise in relation to the objective of, or in the application of the provisions of, the Convention, through, inter alia, appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with its Charter;
`3` ويجوز لاجتماع استشاري، أو لأية دولة طرف، طلب مساعدة متخصصة لحل أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهدف الاتفاقية أو تطبيق أحكامها، عن طريق جملة أمور منها، الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة ضمن إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقاً لميثاقها؛

that States Parties shall co-operate with the consultative meeting in its consideration of any problems which may arise in relation to the objectives of, or in the application of the provisions of the Convention, and in clarifying ambiguous and unresolved matters, as well as co-operate in appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with its Charter. `4` يجب أن تتعاون الدول الأطراف مع الاجتماع الاستشاري في نظره في أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهدف الاتفاقية أو في تطبيق أحكامها، وفي توضيح المسائل الغامضة وغير المحلولة، وأن تتعاون كذلك في الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة ضمن إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقا لميثاقها. [III.V.8؛ II.V.6]

(ج) يجوز للاجتماع الاستشاري، أو لأية دولة طرف، طلب مساعدة متخصصة لحل أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بأهداف الاتفاقية أو في تطبيق أحكامها، عن طريق جملة أمور منها، الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة ضمن إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقاً لميثاقها؛

(d) that States Parties shall co-operate with the consultative meeting in its consideration of any problems which may arise in relation to the objectives of, or in the application of the provisions of the Convention, and in clarifying ambiguous and unresolved matters, as well as co-operate in appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with its Charter. (د) يجب أن تتعاون الدول الأطراف مع الاجتماع الاستشاري في نظره في أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهدف الاتفاقية أو في تطبيق أحكامها، وفي توضيح المسائل الغامضة وغير المحلولة، وأن تتعاون كذلك في الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة ضمن إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقاً لميثاقها. [III.V.8, II.V.6]

(b) that a consultative meeting may consider any problems which may arise in relation to the objective of, or in the application of the provisions of, the Convention, suggest ways and means for further clarifying, inter alia, with assistance of technical experts, any matter considered ambiguous or unresolved, as well as initiate appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with its Charter;
(ب) يجوز للاجتماع الاستشاري أن ينظر في أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهدف الاتفاقية أو في تطبيق أحكامها، وأن يقترح السبل والوسائل للقيام، بمساعدة من خبراء تقنيين، بجملة أمور منها زيادة توضيح أية مسألة تعتبر غامضة أو غير محلولة، وكذلك أن يباشر الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة ضمن إطار الأمم المتحدة ووفقاً لميثاقها؛
