During November 2002, the Jordanian Government informed us that the Jordanian Ahmad Fudail Nazal Al-Khalaila, alias Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, and a number of his followers had entered Iraq using numerous passports and identities and with different names because they were wanted for domestic proceedings and were accused of belonging to the Al Qaeda organization.

9. The arrest, detention, torture and trial of Mr. Mus' ab al-Hariri followed the same pattern as the case of his brothers, `Ubadah, aged 18 at the time of his arrest, and Yusuf, aged 15 at time of his arrest.
