(a) To assist the Conference in developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery;
(أ) مساعدة المؤتمر على اكتساب معارف تراكمية في مجال استرداد الموجودات؛

The Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery was mandated to assist the Conference in, inter alia, developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery, encouraging cooperation, facilitating exchange of information and identifying the capacity-building needs of States parties in that area.
وعُهِد إلى الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات بمهمة مساعدة المؤتمر في جملة أمور منها اكتساب معارف تراكمية في مجال استرداد الموجودات، وتشجيع التعاون وتيسير تبادل المعلومات واستبانة احتياجات الدول الأطراف في مجال بناء القدرات في هذا الميدان.

In the same resolution, the Conference of the States Parties decided that the Working Group was to assist the Conference of the States Parties in developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery, especially on the implementation of articles 52-58 of the Convention, such as through mechanisms for locating, freezing, seizing, confiscating and returning the instruments and proceeds of corruption.
2- وفي القرار نفسه، قرر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف أن يتولى الفريق العامل مساعدة المؤتمر على اكتساب معارف تراكمية في مجال استرداد الموجودات، خصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ المواد 52 إلى 58 من الاتفاقية بوسائل مثل آليات لتحديد أدوات الفساد وعائداته وتجميدها وحجزها ومصادرتها وإرجاعها.
